Youth model 504ZXX, a zippered version of The 504XX, Youth model of 501ZXX , with "Every Garment Guaranteed". Because the guarantee ticket is "FOR OVER 100 YEARS", it seems to have been manufactured in the relatively late period (end of 1950s to the beginning of 1960s) in the paper patch period with "Every Garment Guaranteed", but it is a rare one in that the zipper with "C"-zipper end, that was generally used until 1940s, is used.
paper patch
"Every Garment Guaranteed" printed on a paper patch. It has retained its relatively soft condition. The stamp "ALL COTTON" is also stamped in the middle of the left.
flasher
The upper right of "LEVI'S" is marked with an "R", indicating that it is a flasher after trademark registration. The wording is slightly different from that of the 504ZXX with a leather patch or the 504ZXX with a paper patch.
guarantee ticket
A paper guarantee ticket with "FOR OVER 100 YEARS" on it. The year of copyright acquisition at the bottom left is 1927.
back pocket
Near-square-shaped back pocket, stitched only in arcuate. The arcuate is slightly deeper.
zipper
Interestingly, as you can see in the photo, the zipper end is like "C". In general vintage clothing, zips like this were found by the 1940s, and you don't often see them in Levi's or other companies' zip-front jeans. It seems to be an old inventory of Levi's or the zipper manufacturer, but the jeans themselves seem to be around 1960, so it is strange that they had such an old inventory.
rivet
It is likely to be made of copper-plated iron, since it has a magnet. The letters are large and the engraving is deep.
rivet (back)
One of the details that identifies a galvanized paper patch on the back of a copper-plated iron rivet.
outseam, selvedge
Chain stitching with orange upper yarn and yellow lower yarn. The hem finish is somewhat strongly twisted.
