Levi's 501 (03501-0101 XXX7)

"03501-0101" is a product of the Japanese plan of Levi's as well as "00501-01", but it differs from "00501-01"" in two points, XXX7 denim is used and the silhouette is slightly thicker. The sewing is made in the Philippines. In the booklet accompanying the product, the XXX7 denim is explained as follows

XXX7 denim is a special denim created with the image of pure indigo, the special color of the 501XX made in 1933, which is preserved in the archives of the SF headquarters.
This is the first time you've ever seen a denim that's been used in the past.
The weight of the XXX7 denim itself is also linked to Levi's history of starting with 9oz, rather than the 14oz that we have today, with a slightly lighter denim of 11.75oz at the unwashed stage and 13oz after washing.
This is the first time you'll be able to get a good look at the products you're wearing.
