LEVI'S SHORT HORN women's lunch pants from the 1950s, made of a soft 2×1 light ounce fabric. The Dude Ranch (tourist ranch) seems to have been around until about the 1950s, and even at the time of its production, there was still a demand for women to visit the Dude Ranch. The one shown here may have been used as work clothes, given the paint or paint stains at the hem./p>
front
Quite a bit of room from the waist and hips to the hem. I believe it originally had pleats in it, but the pleats were gone when I bought it.
The enlarged photo of the front around the waist. It has a fairly thick belt loop and snap button pockets on the side.
tag
A SHORT HORN tag is attached to the side. Interestingly, there is a snap button attached to the top of the tag, ruining the tag.
fabric
The darker part of the color from the knee down. The longitudinal drop and the nepheme are noticeable. It looks a little muddy blue compared to the 3×1 fabric used for 501XX at that time.
